Services

What we do, and what it costs.

Four services, written out in full: what is included, what is not, and where the price moves. Nothing here is a teaser for a conversation about pricing.

Most engagements combine two: a website with an identity, or a website with ongoing care.

01

Custom Website Design and Development

$2,500

Every website starts from the business rather than from a layout. The structure follows what people actually need to understand, the design is drawn for this company and no other, and the build is handled directly by the person who designed it.

One price, fixed in writing before work begins. The list below is what it covers. Anything outside that list is billed at the hourly rate, quoted and approved in writing before it starts, so the number never moves without a conversation first.

Most projects run two to four weeks depending on how much content exists at the start and how quickly review happens on the client side.

Typical scope

  • Up to 6 pages
  • Discovery call and a written scope before any work begins
  • Website structure and navigation
  • Custom page design, drawn for this business
  • Responsive development, built by hand rather than assembled in a page builder
  • Content organization and refinement of copy the client supplies
  • Contact form with spam protection
  • On-page technical search setup
  • Google Analytics and Search Console setup
  • Performance and accessibility review
  • Two consolidated revision rounds
  • Launch onto a domain and hosting account registered to the client
  • 30 days of post-launch support

A revision round is one written list of changes sent in a single message. Feedback that arrives in pieces across separate messages is counted as separate rounds.

Content is supplied by the client and organized, sequenced, and edited here. Original copywriting is available at the hourly rate.

Outside the fixed price, billed at the hourly rate

  • Pages beyond the sixth
  • Original copywriting written from scratch
  • Logo and identity design, which is priced separately
  • Revision rounds beyond the second
  • A compliance review round, where an advisory firm requires one
  • Scheduling, CRM, payment, or other third-party integrations
  • Photography, illustration, video, and stock licensing
  • E-commerce, custom applications, and multi-location websites, which are quoted as their own projects

02

Logo Design and Visual Identity

$1,500

A logo has to survive a business card, a building sign, an email signature, and a phone screen. Identity work here is built as a small system rather than a single drawing, so the mark still holds together wherever it lands.

Identity projects can run on their own or alongside a website build.

Typical scope

  • Brand discovery questionnaire
  • Creative-direction conversation
  • Two initial logo concepts
  • Two revision rounds
  • Primary logo
  • Secondary or horizontal logo
  • Icon or monogram
  • Full-color, black, and white versions
  • Core color palette
  • Typography recommendations
  • SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG files
  • Concise mini brand guide

Not included

  • Company naming
  • Legal trademark clearance or filing
  • Unlimited concepts
  • Unlimited revisions

03

Website Care and Visibility

$149 per month

A website is not finished at launch. Care keeps the site hosted, current, monitored, and edited by the same person who built it, so small changes do not turn into projects.

Month to month. No long contract.

Typical scope

  • Managed website hosting
  • SSL monitoring
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Security and dependency updates
  • Routine backups
  • Form and spam-protection checks
  • Broken-link checks
  • Google Analytics monitoring
  • Google Search Console monitoring
  • Sitemap and indexing checks
  • Metadata and structured-data maintenance
  • Website performance review
  • Routine disclosure, image, text, and team-information updates
  • Up to 60 minutes of routine website edits per month
  • Priority support
  • Quarterly website health review

Additional work is billed at $125 per hour or custom quoted.

What care does not cover

  • Update time does not accumulate from month to month
  • New pages are quoted separately
  • Major design changes are quoted separately
  • New functionality is quoted separately
  • Original monthly articles are not included
  • Paid advertising is not included
  • Backlink campaigns are not included
  • Search rankings and lead volume are not guaranteed
  • No website can be guaranteed completely immune from outages or security incidents

04

From $200

The brand does not stop at the website. Collateral is designed from the same typography and color direction so a business card, a firm overview, and a homepage all read as one company.

Pieces are quoted individually or bundled with a website or identity project.

What is offered

  • Business cards, $350
  • Email signature, $200
  • Letterhead and envelope, $350
  • One-page firm overview, $650
  • Social-profile graphics, $200
  • Additional people on an existing card layout, $85 each
  • Additional people on an existing email signature, $45 each

Design only. Every piece is delivered as a press-ready file with a written print specification naming stock, finish, dimensions, and quantity, which the client takes to any printer.

Printing itself is arranged and paid for by the client. That keeps the published price honest and leaves the choice of printer, stock, and quantity where it belongs.

Approach

A focused process without the agency layers.

Clients work directly with the person responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of the project. There is no account manager relaying notes, no junior designer interpreting a brief second-hand, and no handoff between the person who promised the work and the person who does it.

The process below is the same for a six-page site and a thirty-page one. What changes is the depth of each stage, not the order.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand the business, audience, goals, content, visual preferences, and technical needs.

  2. 02

    Direction

Establish the structure, visual direction, messaging hierarchy, and key user journeys.

  3. 03

    Design

Create a custom visual system and page designs tailored to the business.

  4. 04

    Build

Develop the responsive website with strong performance and careful attention to detail.

  5. 05

    Review

Coordinate client feedback, revisions, content approval, and any required compliance review.

  6. 06

    Launch

Complete final testing, connect analytics, launch the website, and transition into ongoing care.

Pricing

One price, published.

A custom website is $2,500. Everything that price covers is listed in full, and anything outside it is billed by the hour and agreed in writing before it starts. No estimate ranges, and no call required to find out the number.

  • Custom Website

Custom design and development, quoted per project after discovery.

    $2,500

  • Logo and Visual Identity

Logo system, color, typography, and the working files that go with them.

    $1,500

  • Website Care and Visibility

Hosting, monitoring, updates, and routine edits. Month to month.

    $149 per month

  • Print and Brand Collateral

Cards, brochures, one-pagers, and presentation materials, priced per piece.

    From $200

Every number here is fixed in writing before work begins, and the finished work belongs to the business that paid for it, whether or not the relationship continues.

Work outside an agreed scope or a care plan is billed at $125 per hour, or custom quoted when it is large enough to be its own project.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Straight answers, so a first conversation can start further along.

What does a website actually cost?

A custom website is $2,500. That is the whole price for everything on the included list, fixed in writing before work begins. Anything outside that list, such as extra pages, original copywriting, or a third-party integration, is billed at $125 per hour and quoted and approved before it starts.

You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins, and that number does not move unless the scope does.

How long does a project take?

Most websites run two to four weeks. The two things that change that are how much content is ready at the start and how quickly feedback comes back.

Identity work alone is usually shorter. Advisory firms that need a compliance pass should plan for the extra review round.

Who will I actually be working with?

Chandler, throughout. The person who hears what your business is trying to say is the same person who designs the pages and builds them.

There is no account manager relaying notes and no handoff between the person who scoped the work and the person doing it.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes. The domain, hosting account, content, analytics property, and design files are registered to you or transferred at launch.

Nothing is held hostage. If we stop working together, the site and its accounts stay with you.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, Website Care and Visibility is $149 per month and covers hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups, and up to 60 minutes of routine edits.

Care is month to month. Work beyond it is $125 per hour or quoted separately.

Can you work with our compliance process?

Yes. Copy is delivered in a reviewable format before it is built, so your designated compliance professionals can read and redline it in one pass. The schedule includes one consolidated compliance revision round, and additional rounds are quoted if your process needs them.

We do not review, approve, or advise on the substance of the language. Your compliance professionals do that.

Can you guarantee we will rank on Google?

No, and neither can anyone else. What we do is set the technical foundations properly: clean URLs, correct titles and descriptions, semantic headings, a sitemap, structured data, Analytics, and Search Console.

That is groundwork, not a ranking promise. We do not sell backlink campaigns or paid search management.

Do you only work with financial advisors?

No. There is a focused process for independent advisors and wealth management firms because those projects carry requirements most design processes treat as an afterthought.

The rest of the work spans professional services, hospitality, real estate, construction, aviation, logistics, and energy.

Specialization

Working with a financial advisory firm?

Advisory websites carry requirements a general design process tends to treat as an afterthought, disclosure placement, Form ADV and Form CRS, and a review pass with the firm’s compliance professionals. There is a page describing exactly how that works.
