What this policy covers

This policy describes how Hudson Creative Group handles information collected through https://hudsoncreativegroup.us and through the course of client work. It does not cover websites Hudson Creative Group has designed for clients. Those sites are owned and operated by the businesses they belong to, and each publishes its own privacy policy.

Information collected through this site

Hudson Creative Group collects information in two ways: what you type into the project inquiry form, and limited technical information generated automatically when a page is served.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, work email address, and a description of the project. Phone number, current website, industry, service needed, budget range, timeline, and how you heard about us are optional. Submitting the form sends that information to Hudson Creative Group by email so the inquiry can be answered.

Information collected automatically

Hosting infrastructure records standard server request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp) as part of serving and securing the site. The IP address of a form submission is used in a short-lived, in-memory rate limit to prevent automated abuse; it is not written to a database and does not persist beyond the life of the running server process.

Analytics and cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Google Analytics is supported but is loaded only when a measurement ID has been configured for the deployment. When it is not configured, no analytics script is served and no analytics cookies are set. If analytics is enabled in the future and the configuration requires consent under applicable law, a consent mechanism will be added before it is turned on.

How information is used

Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and carry out a project if one begins. It is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Service providers

Hudson Creative Group relies on a small number of third parties to operate this site and its client work. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service:

  • A hosting and content delivery provider, to serve this website
  • An email delivery provider, to transmit inquiry-form submissions
  • An email provider, for ordinary business correspondence
  • Where enabled for a deployment, Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to answer the inquiry and to keep ordinary business records. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's standard retention period.

Your choices

You can ask what information Hudson Creative Group holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to info.hudsoncreativegroup@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law; those requests are honored on the same basis.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, form handling occurs on the server, and API credentials are held in environment variables rather than in client-side code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no guarantee of absolute security is made.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Hudson Creative Group does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site or our practices change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
